We all know that there are many benefits from exercise. Running is one of the easiest ways to exercise: it improves your cardiovascular fitness, burns calories and can increase your strength. What’s more, running can improve your mental health too.
Studies have shown that a 30 minute run can boost your mood and alleviate symptoms of depression (American Psychological Association). Even the younger population don’t seem to be able to escape life’s stresses, but evidence supports running to improve sleep and ability to deal with stress.
It’s so easily accessible which is why we know it is so frustrating when an injury or aches and pains get in the way. We have a running clinic every Saturday morning to assess you and help you back on the road to recovery.
No injury? We can help improve your running efficiency and reduce risk of injury.
